PATIENT FEEDBACK

We welcome feedback from our patients to give you the opportunity to voice your patient experience and the quality of care you received.  The responses of this survey will be used to understand what is important to you and to improve your care experience. We invite you to fill out a survey at reception.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We always try to give our patients the best care and treatment possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened.  If you are disappointed with any aspects of our service, please let us know so we can try to put things right.  To register a complaint with the practice, please put your complaint in writing to the Practice Manager.
