New patients are welcome.

If you wish to register please arrange an appointment to meet with the doctor. It would be appreciated if you would state the time you wish to register with a particular doctor. We accept medical card and private patients

What to do if changing from different GP

• Sign Sligo Clinic registration form
• Sign transfer of medical card (if you have a medical card/doctor visit card)
• Sign release of medical info – optional

Visitors

Visitors are also welcome. If you are visiting Sligo from the EU and hold a valid European Health Insurance Card you do not have to pay for emergency GP visits or medication during your stay. Please remember to bring your valid card with you when seeing the doctor.

If you feel your condition is life threatening you should call an ambulance (999) or go directly to Accident and Emergency.
